Do you provide witnesses?

In Texas, the notary cannot serve as a witness. Clients are responsible for providing their own qualified witnesses when required by the document.
Witnesses must meet Texas requirements and be present at the time of notarization.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours — or situations where the notary arrives and the appointment cannot proceed due to issues outside of the notary’s control — are subject to full, non-refundable travel/time fees.

If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing documents, unprepared signers, office miscommunication, or parties not being notified, all travel, time, and service fees are non-refundable. Mobile notary appointments require dedicated travel and scheduling, and we reserve that time exclusively for you.
