• Valid, government-issued photo IDs are ready
• No blank spaces remain in documents
• Any required witnesses are available (if applicable)
If the appointment cannot proceed due to missing items, travel and time fees remain non-refundable.

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, and other approved electronic payments. Payment is typically due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing documents, unprepared signers, office miscommunication, or parties not being notified, all travel, time, and service fees are non-refundable. Mobile notary appointments require dedicated travel and scheduling, and we reserve that time exclusively for you.
