What IDs are acceptable for notarization?

Accepted Answer

A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID is required. Acceptable IDs include a U.S. Driver’s License, State ID, U.S. Passport, Military ID, or Permanent Resident Card. Digital photos or copies of IDs are not accepted.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or after the notary has begun traveling, are subject to non-refundable travel and time fees.

Do you require payment before the appointment?

Yes. All appointments must be paid in full upfront to secure your booking. This includes notarization fees, travel fees, and any additional services.

Do you provide witnesses?

Accepted Answer

Under Texas law, notaries cannot provide witnesses. Clients are responsible for arranging their own qualified witnesses when required.

Yes. Texas recognizes Remote Online Notarization for most documents, provided identity verification and technology requirements are met.
