Cancellation, No-Shows & Unprepared Signers
Mobile notary services require dedicated travel, time, and preparation. Because we block time exclusively for your appointment, policies ensure fairness and protect time-sensitive clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• All payments (travel/time + service fees) are due upfront.
• 24-hour notice is required to avoid forfeiting fees.
• If signers or documents are not ready upon arrival, all fees are non-refundable.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations also forfeit all fees.
If you need to reschedule due to a valid emergency, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Payment Policy
Payment is required prior to appointment confirmation unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and Venmo.
Travel fees and any additional services are discussed and confirmed in advance for full transparency.

Mobile notary services may include travel, time, or convenience fees depending on location, time of day, and service type.
Any applicable fees will always be disclosed and approved prior to your appointment.
Scheduling & Availability
Appointments are scheduled during standard business hours.

After-hours, evening, weekend, or special-location requests may be accommodated by request and may include additional fees.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) Notice
Remote online notarization is available for eligible documents in accordance with Texas law. Availability and requirements will be confirmed at time of request.
