A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID is required. Acceptable IDs include: U.S. Driver’s License State ID U.S. Passport Military ID Permanent Resident Card Digital photos or copies of IDs are not accepted.

I provide mobile notary services throughout El Paso County, including El Paso, Horizon City, Socorro, San Elizario, Clint, Canutillo, Anthony, and surrounding communities. Mobile service means I travel to your location—whether at your home, office, hospital, nursing facility, coffee shop, or another agreed-upon meeting place.If you're located outside these areas, contact me to discuss availability and travel options.

In Texas, the notary cannot serve as a witness. Clients are responsible for providing their own qualified witnesses when required by the document. Witnesses must meet Texas requirements and be present at the time of notarization.

We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours — or situations where the notary arrives and the appointment cannot proceed due to issues outside of the notary’s control — are subject to full, non-refundable travel/time fees.

If a notarization cannot be completed due to missing documents, unprepared signers, office miscommunication, or parties not being notified, all travel, time, and service fees are non-refundable. Mobile notary appointments require dedicated travel and scheduling, and we reserve that time exclusively for you.

Notary fees, travel fees, and time fees are non-refundable once travel has occurred or an appointment has begun.
